It only needs to be pushed by hand for normal movement, and the material cylinder can be replaced at any time according to production. Stainless steel tanks can also be customized in our factory.

It is suitable for the manufacture of homogeneously dispersed emulsions of medium and low viscosity emulsions, etc., and is suitable for most formulation requirements.
The special rotor and stator generate strong shear, grinding, impact and turbulent flow, emulsifying oil and water, and the particle size reaches a stable state ( 1-2μm).
1. You can choose 220V or 380V voltage arbitrarily.
2. The power of the main motor can be selected from 0.37KW ,0.75KW, 1.1KW, 1.5KW, 2.2KW, 3KW, 4KW, 5.5KW, 7.5KW, 11KW.
3. There are three types of motors: variable frequency speed regulation motor, ordinary motor and explosion-proof motor.
4. Caster design, easy to move, and the casters are equipped with brakes for fixing.
5. The positioning bolts fix the swing of the material cylinder, and it is very convenient to move and fix.
6. There are two types of frame materials: SUS304 stainless steel and channel steel, and the prices are also different.
