This equipment integrates vacuum defoaming, stirring, homogenizing, heating, electric control and other functions. It is ideal for producing medium and high-grade creams (cream, cream, facial cleanser), washing products (shampoo, shower gel), etc.
Equipment, this equipment is composed of vacuum homogeneous emulsification pot, oil phase pot, water phase pot, operating platform, vacuum system, electric control system and so on.

1. Stirring adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, so that the stirring line speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within 0-60 rpm to meet different process requirements

3. The operation is simple and the effect of emulsification and homogenization is better
4. The German Fluke water circulation homogeneous sealing structure overcomes the problem of common sealing material leakage; the sealing ring will not be burned out under high viscosity or no material state
5. All parts in contact with materials are made of imported stainless steel materials, and the inner surface of the container is mirror-polished to 300EMSH (sanitary grade), which meets the hygienic requirements
6. Vacuum suction, vacuum defoaming, the whole process is completed in a vacuum state, no cell infection, prolonging the shelf life of the product
