Process description:
The first stage pretreatment system adopts quartz sand multimedia filter, the main purpose is to remove the silt, manganese, rust, colloidal substances, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other substances in the water that are harmful to the human body with particles above 20UM. The automatic filtration system adopts the imported Fleck controller, which can automatically perform a series of operations such as backwashing and positive washing. At the same time, the equipment has a self-maintenance system with low operating costs. Filter materials mainly include: PPF, AC coconut carbon, etc.
The second-level pretreatment system uses activated carbon filters to remove pigments, odors, and a large number of biochemical organic substances in the water, and reduce the residual chlorine value, pesticide pollution, and other harmful pollutants in the water. The automatic filtration system adopts the imported Fleck controller, which can automatically perform a series of operations such as backwashing and positive washing.
The third stage pretreatment system uses cationic resin to soften the water, mainly to remove the hardness in the water. The hardness of water is mainly composed of calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions. When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer, Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the water are exchanged and adsorbed by the resin, and sodium Na+ ions are released at the same time. The water flowing out of the water softener is softened water with hardness ions removed. Thereby effectively preventing fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane. The fourth stage pretreatment system uses a 5 micron pore size precision filter to further purify the water and optimize the turbidity and color of the water. The pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is only 0.0001 micron, which can remove harmful soluble solids, bacteria, viruses, etc., with a desalination rate of over 99.6%, producing pure water that meets national standards.
