Typical Plant Layout and Production Process

Raw Material Acquisition, Storage, and Preprocessing
Bar soap formulas can be adjusted based on personal preferences and the desired qualities of the soap. Key ingredient bar soap has soap noodles/laundry noodles/soap base , ethanol solubles, flavors, pigments, glycerin（when u want to products toilet soap） .

Raw Material Dosing
It's important to note that the specific dosing of raw materials may vary depending on the recipe and desired qualities of the soap. It is recommended to follow specific soap making recipes and guidelines to ensure accurate dosing and successful soap production. The dosing is measured by a weighing scale.

Mixing
Along with and following the dosing of raw materials, physical mixing are carried out in a stirred reactor . The physical mixing , in most cases, refers to the mixing between bar soap has soap noodles/laundry noodles/soap base , ethanol solubles, flavors, pigments, glycerin . The physical mixing is performed by multi-impeller agitators, controlled by the integrated PLC system. It starts as the raw material dosing and lasts for 10-20minutes to achieve thoroughly mixed, stable bar soap.

Grinding
After mixing, the raw materials are transported to the grinding machine by a conveyor belt. A three-roller grinding mill is a machine that uses shear force created by three horizontally positioned rolls rotating in opposite directions and different speeds relative to each other to mix, refine, disperse, or homogenize viscous materials fed into it.

Cutter
The soap cutter machine with key function of adjustable width, so the soap can be cutted into different width to suitable different customer's idea .

Printer

The soap printer machine presses the cube of soap into different shapes through high pressure, and different shapes and logos can be realized through different molds.

Packaging
